Scope / Overview

Cleaning services shall include but are not limited to:

1. All standard cleaning and janitorial functions provided for customers for their tradeshows or exhibitions (including meeting, ballroom and Event Center space when used for tradeshows or exhibit space) within the premises.
2. Exhibitors: Booth cleaning/vacuuming; damp mop; shampoo service; periodic porter service and all day porter service.
3. Show Management: Booth vacuuming/registration areas/association booths; aisle carpet vacuuming; removal of refuse from aisle and exhibit space, loading dock areas, or other areas containing trade show refuse, before, during and after each show or event where required trash removal; daily cleaning of hall restrooms.
4. Other functions that are mutually agreed by the parties.

TEAM Clean will hire and manage staff and labor to meet the performance requirements. All TEAM Clean employees shall be properly trained and shall adhere to the policies and procedures of the contracted facility without exception. At all times during the period of the contract, TEAM Clean shall employ a qualified, competent, and experienced manager and/or supervisors (Management Team) who will be available to supervise TEAM Clean’s operations and represent and act for TEAM Clean in matters pertaining to day-to-day operations under the contract. TEAM Clean shall advise in writing as to the identity and 24 hour telephone number of its manager in charge. TEAM Clean shall be responsible for all actions of its full time or temporary personnel, including subcontractors. TEAM Clean, its employees and agents shall at all times comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, and regulations, as well as those promulgated by the facility or event location. TEAM Clean will provide the following personnel and support:

1. Qualified management of the cleaning services on-site.
2. Adequate labor to perform the terms and conditions of this agreement.
3. Representatives to attend all meetings.

TEAM Clean will provide any and all necessary equipment to perform functions and activities. TEAM Clean will provide the following equipment and supplies:

1. All cleaning equipment.
2. All janitorial supplies used to provide services.
3. All safety equipment as required by O.S.H.A. in the performance of services.

TEAM Clean will perform services during the hours required by event schedules. TEAM Clean will perform duties in a manner to avoid inconvenience to all customers and to avoid interference with customers operations to the fullest extent possible.

TEAM Clean’s Employees’ Identification:

1. All TEAM Clean’s personnel associated with the work to be performed, including workers, supervisors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers shall be properly identified to include TEAM Clean uniforms.
2. All identification, whether issued by the facility or TEAM Clean, shall be displayed at all times while on facility property.
3. All employees will be processed through back ground and drug checks.

Technical Expo Account Management Co. LLC d/b/a TEAM Clean is licensed to do business in the State of Nevada, Clark County and the City of Las Vegas. Copies of licenses will be supplied upon request.
